MANUFACTURING
Our bikinis are comprised of 80% spandex and 20% lycra.
Our underwear is comprised of 80% polyester and 20% cotton fabric.
Clothing such as T-shirts are of varying poly /cotton blends
All of our products are handmade and produced in accordance with United States federal labor laws.
SHIPPING
Each product availability is labeled as In stock or out of stock. In the event that a product is ordered and has become unavailable customer Service will reach out via email.
All orders are shipped from our Main Location within 2 business days. During peak times, such as launch dates, holidays and seasonal sales, there may be delays in shipping. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

All orders Include mail carrier and tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive your order in a 20 day period, please contact us.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
EXCHANGES/ DAMAGED GOODS
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. If for any reason you are interested in a different variation of a product contact customer service.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were upon shipment and in the original packaging. We will not exchange products that have been worn or washed.

If the products have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

Shipping is priced based on location.

Product returns are only valid if they were damaged or faulty while still in original packaging upon arrival, goods were faulty
